- The transport service is given through fallible people and vehicles subject to shortcomings of multiple sources, so the user is aware and accepts these possible interruptions and/or shortcomings on the transport and service that could happen for any reason, in any circumstance and time.
- For being this a personal service, of restricted schedule, manual, not automatic, from person-to-person, the user is aware and accepts not to make use of it for any kind of emergency of any kind. We do not have any kind of immediate, spontaneous or quick service.
- From now on, the user releases form any liability StarAruba.com of any economic or time failure and/or loss for any circumstance that could be caused by a lack of “on time” transport that could happen for any reason/cause when the service is provided.
